Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data and health-related information associated with your use of YourHealingArtist.

HealingArtist does not require users to create an in-app account. However, if you have submitted symptom, contact, or other personal information through our website, app, or related forms, you may request deletion of that data using the process below.

Who this applies to

This page applies to:

users of the YourHealingArtist website
users of the HealingArtist mobile app for iOS and Android
users who have submitted intake forms, support requests, or related information to YourHealingArtist

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, please email:

To help us identify your records, please include any information that may assist us, where available:

your full name
your email address
your phone number
the approximate date of your submission
a short description of the case, form, or request

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on your request.

What we delete

When we can identify your records and your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize, as appropriate:

submitted symptom and health-related information
optional contact details you provided, such as name, email address, phone number, and address
intake form and submission records associated with your request
support or privacy communications that are no longer required
related operational records where deletion is feasible and not inconsistent with legal, security, or record-keeping obligations

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as:

legal or regulatory compliance
security and fraud prevention
dispute resolution
accounting, tax, or transaction record-keeping
maintaining a minimal suppression record so a completed deletion request is not unintentionally reversed

Where retention is required, we will keep only the information reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Data stored on your device

HealingArtist may also store limited data locally on your device, including:

short-lived form drafts
language preference
limited local history of recent past cases

Data stored only on your device may remain there until you:

clear app storage
clear local history within the app, where available
uninstall the app

We cannot directly delete data that exists only on your personal device.

Purchase and subscription records

If you purchased a subscription or digital product through Apple App Store or Google Play, some transaction and billing records may be maintained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or related payment/service providers under their own legal and operational obligations. Those records may not be fully controlled by YourHealingArtist.

Timing

We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or technical reasons.
