Q: Is HealingArtist medical advice?
No. HealingArtist is an informational reference that helps you document
your symptom picture and shows matching remedy information drawn from
traditional homeopathic literature. It is not medical advice, diagnosis,
prescription, or treatment. Always consult a qualified homeopath or
healthcare professional before acting on any information shown in the app.
Q: What data does the app collect?
When you submit a case, the form fields you fill in (your symptom
description, modalities, general characteristics, and mental picture)
are sent to our server so we can compute a remedy match for you.
Personal data collected includes the name and email you enter in the

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple App Store:
Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → HealingArtist.
Tap “Cancel Subscription.”
Google Play:
Open the Play Store app → tap your profile photo → Payments & subscriptions
→ Subscriptions → HealingArtist. Tap “Cancel subscription.”
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You keep premium access until then.
Q: How do I get a refund?

Q: I lost my premium access after reinstalling the app.
Open the app, go to the Premium screen (tap “✨ Unlock Expanded Insight”
on Home), and tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom. This reconnects
your Apple ID or Google Play account to your previous purchase.
If that doesn’t work, email us with the purchase confirmation from your
store and we’ll help.
Q: How do I delete my data?
You can delete your case history at any time from within the app:
History screen → tap an entry → delete.
To request deletion of any server-side records associated with your
email, email us at [email protected] with the subject line
“Privacy or Deletion Request.” We process requests within 30 days.
Q: Why do I see ads in the free version?
HealingArtist is free to use. Ads help us keep it free. Ads shown are
non-personalized by default, meaning they are not targeted based on
your browsing or activity. If you would prefer an ad-free experience,
Premium removes all ads.
Q: Does the app work offline?
The form, differential questions, and a local scoring engine work
offline. Full remedy profiles and the “Expanded Insight” review layer
require a network connection. If you submit a case while offline, the
app falls back to a local match and marks the result as offline.
Q: Is this app based on a particular system of homeopathy?
HealingArtist draws on classical homeopathic sources including Kent’s
Repertory, Clarke’s Dictionary of Materia Medica, and Boericke’s
Materia Medica — all in the public domain.
